This short video shows the vinylester resin infusing a 40 foot long outer hull for a new Newick 50 built by Walter Greene and his crew. This film was shot about three minutes into the process. The entire hull was infused in less than 25 minutes. You can see the resin going through the vaccuum bag and foam and thoroughly saturating all the material very quickly. Note that no one is wearing respirators: Most of the fumes are contained in the bag. The whole process is easier on the body.
